Dublin - HybridJoin an established team delivering enhancements to a key internal Billing System for a dynamic Dublin-based business. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a next-generation technology programme alongside an experienced team of OnShore and OffShore professionals. The role offers a blend of office presence and flexibility, with initial onboarding in a collaborative in-office environment.
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in system analysis, development, and user support, working closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions. You'll collaborate with developers, testers, and other IT colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Key Skills & ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of existing systems and application landscapes.Analyse and document business processes and requirements for development and testing teams.Support business users during User Acceptance Testing and training.Investigate data discrepancies and conduct ad-hoc database queries.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and IT standards, including SOX compliance.Manage project tasks and align expectations between business and technical teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT or related field.4+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and relational databases (SQL advantageous).Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimisation.Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
