Our Dublin based client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. Joining our client's team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects that support business objectives. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates. Job Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements, translating them into comprehensive business requirements documents. Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and document technical solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Functional Specification: Create detailed functional specifications and user stories based on business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and mapping activities to support data-driven decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems. Process Mapping: Document current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to evaluate proposed changes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and validation of technical solutions. Change Management: Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and user adoption support, to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories. Experience with data analysis and mapping techniques Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Educational Requirements: A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are advantageous.
