Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a leading Dublin-based financial services client. Our client is a leader in the insurance and reinsurance space. The Dublin office is responsible for global business services through financial reporting and reinsurance services, technology services, transaction services (M&A), and strategic advisory services. Working closely with the IT Delivery Director, the Senior Business Analyst will help integrate new internal projects by providing planning, design, execution, and overseeing critical project decision points. The Senior Business Analyst will be a seasoned professional with solid BA experience across multiple projects and disciplines who is ready for a new challenge. The Senior Business Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Change Management -Understand the impact change brings to stakeholders, leverage your experience to ensure the right communication, planning, and training/engagement is in place for successful change.
