Business Analyst

We have permanent opportunities for Business Analysts with 2 to 5 years' experience. Your key responsibilities Looking for a Business Analyst with experience in digital banking, Retail banking, as well as payments and cards. The ideal candidate will have to understanding business needs, defining requirements and analysing complex processes to implement effective banking and credit solutions. Skills and attributes for success Keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Eager to build valued relationships with both clients and peers. Excellent understanding of European payments schemes e.g. SEPA. Strives to identify new opportunities and helping create proposals to help solve complex problems. Passion for developing people through effectively coaching and mentoring more junior members of staff. To qualify for the role you must have An experienced Business Analyst. Have experience in Payments and Cards. Strong Stakeholder Experience. Have experience working with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. A strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business-related area. Have experience in using collaboration tools like confluence and JIRA. Experience operating in a fast paced, environment. Experience working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs Experience completing Business Architecture reviews and defining Business Architecture strategy.
