Business Development Director | Adhesive SystemsLocation: Dublin, IrelandMackenzie Stuart is in close partnership with a global player in Adhesives, actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Director for their Equipment line.
The ideal candidate must possess experience in driving growth within the LED, Photonics, or Custom Equipment sector.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute customer-centric go-to-market strategies.Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.Propel strategic sales growth by executing short, medium, and long-term business plans.Create and execute operational plans in alignment with the company's objectives.Formulate and manage the business budget for commercial arrangements.Foster a high-performance culture by developing and empowering the R&D and business development teams.Drive innovation within the R&D engineering team to develop cutting-edge products and solutions by identifying emerging market trends and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.Direct the formulation of strategic plans for the company's overall operations and long-term growth.Analyze financial data and generate reports on commercial performance.Implement organizational changes to align with company goals or comply with legal requirements.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development within the LED, Photonics, or Custom Equipment industry.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business preferred; MBA is a plus.Experience in using CRM and ERP systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience leading a cross-functional team.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Apply NowYour name
