Upon joining, you will work with our leadership team to develop your plans and learn our CRM system BULLHORN for managing your workflow and call lists.

What will my day to day look like? Reporting to the Director for permanent recruitment, a highly successful sales leader, you will work to find and contact leaders in business across various sectors like Finance, Technology, Retail, Consumer goods, and other professional services firms.Developing a pipeline of prospects, building relationships with them, and understanding their businesses and requirements (Training given).Using tools like LinkedIn and Dealfront, Internet E-zines, and business segments for the Discovery Phase to find potential new clients to contact.Hitting agreed metrics and revenue targets.Collaborating with the wider team to ensure we are all working collectively to achieve company-wide business development goals.Attending events for networking.Working to agree terms of business through negotiation.Account management of new companies for a period of 6 months until handed over.Content marketing to drive awareness.Sounds good, what do I need? Degree qualified with more than 3+ years' experience in a business development role with a desire to move into a consultative sales role.Experience in a structured approach to business development, market mapping, qualifying leads, understanding drivers, and buyer behavior etc.Proven ability to create and foster relationships with a broad range of people and enjoy the journey.Consultative mindset and ability to understand complex business requirements and our solutions (Permanent recruitment, Contracting recruitment, Managed Services & Executive search).Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with totally fluent English.You need to be a natural networker with a contact network in existence already in the Irish market.Available to work on-site in Dublin city centre 2-3 days a week.The base salary for this role is between €45,000 - €55,000, depending on experience, and OTC €25k.
However, commission is uncapped, and there is an additional bonus/commission scheme in place when you reach or exceed your yearly target.
