With a strong board of Directors and leadership team that have a track record in growing successful businesses, and having secured funding, they are now seeking to appoint a new team of BDRs to join a newly appointed Demand Generation Manager and an experienced Sales Manager.
The Business Development Representatives (BDRs) place you at the heart of the business growth strategy, tasked with identifying new sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and identifying new opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for a BDR to step into the exciting world of AI and Data Management – a topic every business is looking at, and quickly progress to AE.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.Outreach Execution: Develop and execute compelling outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage and qualify leads.Lead Qualification: Conduct a qualification call with potential leads to ensure they match gather360's offerings and sales objectives.Appointment Setting: Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our sales team to discuss potential collaborations.CRM Management: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with all lead interactions, ensuring data integrity for effective follow-up and analysis.Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and share valuable insights from customer interactions.Market Awareness: Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position gather360 in the marketplace.Performance Goals: Number of Qualified Leads Generated: Tracks the total number of leads identified and qualified by the BDR as potential customers for gather360.Lead Conversion Rate: Measures the percentage of qualified leads that progress to the next stage in the sales funnel, such as scheduling a demo or a detailed discussion.Appointments Scheduled: Counts the number of meetings or demos the BDR has successfully arranged between potential clients and the sales team.Contribution to Sales Pipeline: Evaluates the potential revenue impact of the leads generated and qualified, highlighting the contribution to the company's growth targets.Outreach Activity Volume: Quantifies outreach efforts, including calls made, emails sent, and social media engagements.Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldDemonstrable experience in a BDR role / business development in tech sales / SAAS with at least 12 months of experienceDriven to become an AE soon and close your own dealsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with prospects.A desire to work in a start-up environment, locally controlled and work hand in hand with the leadership teamA mindset to understand technology products and a basic understanding of AI / ChatGPT etc.

)Driven by targets with a keen ambition to propel business growth.Offer: €35-40k DOE and €10-15k upside.
This is a Hybrid role in Blackrock, south side Dublin.
