In this role, you will be responsible for Archer's organisational growth through acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

As part of the business development team, you will have an opportunity to meet clients in person and gain full exposure to the client sale cycle.Responsibilities: Drive Growth:Use your outbound sales experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Lead Generation:Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.Prospecting:Identify, target, and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.Collaboration:Work closely with our recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with client needs and market trends.What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year in a metric-based (KPIs/Targets) Sales Role (B2B, SDR, BDR)*Sales Experience is Essential* Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Additional Benefits: Supportive Team and Collaborative CultureUncapped Training Commission StructureRewards for Top performersIdeal City centre locationActive social and wellness committeeFor more information email ****** or call (0)1 649 8517
