Job Description Recruitment Manager – Reed Dublin

Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to lead and inspire? Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the Dublin recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets and build the Reed brand within the Dublin Market.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Foster strong relationships with local businesses and community organisations
Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates
Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements: Proven experience in a recruitment management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
In-depth understanding of the Dublin job market
