About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing Sales, Marketing, CX & Ops organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What you will do  Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies
What you will need  A minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management or G&A)
Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
A track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month) 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
