Business Support Administrator - Dublin 12 At Staffline Recruitment we have an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious administrator to join the busy team of our client, a multinational company with offices in Dublin 12.
This role requires a proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented team player to assist with the organisation's accounts processes and general administration.
The ideal candidate must be a good cross functional worker who enjoys collaborative team work but at the same time be self-sufficient & happy to work on their own goals & deliver against their personal objectives.
If you have 1-2 years in a busy office environment and are ready to take the next step in our career - then this could be the job for you!
Key duties will include: Keeping the customer database up to date Input of new customers to the System & issuing contracts Build relationships with Clients and Customers Responsible for opening post & completing cheque run / lodgement process with Cash Dept Responsible for receipt & transfer of customer complaints Manage & proactively follow up on customer paperwork - URN's, contracts etc.
Scan all paperwork daily Assisting with both inbound & outbound customer care calls Support finance activities Adhoc project work Applicants will meet the following requirements: 1-2 years of experience working in a busy administrative role Excellent customer service skills and phone manner Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers Strong Microsoft Office skills Exposure to accounting processes will be an advantage Good at owning, documenting and resolving issues This is a permanent position that will pay a salary in the region of €30,000 with a hybrid working model on after successful completion of probation.
