Business Systems Analyst

My client is a global leader in Technology, and is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract Business Systems Analyst Location: Ireland / Remote
Contract: 6 months
ROLE As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be expected to coordinate projects and team processes at the intersection of Global Operations and product/engineering teams.
The role would benefit from familiarity with integrity / trust & safety / content moderation systems, and/or customer support processes. Central to the role will be the thoughtful administration of diverse planning and documentation efforts, so excellence in organization and written communication is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing processes pertaining to operational workflows.
Responsibilities: Confer with cross functional teams regarding the nature of the workflow and their needs.Gather requirements from business units and translate those to technical requirements.Prepare analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.Coordinate and link the systems and processes to increase compatibility.Execute on system improvements to operational processes.Essential qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, computer engineering or equivalent)Min 2-4 years' experience analyzing requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems workflow and write technical documentation.Strong SQL skills are highly desirableVerbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detailInterpersonal skillsBasic ability to work independently and manage one's timeBasic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and modelsIf you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please contact Jade Murray today for a confidential discussion!
