We are an Irish owned calibration, commissioning and validation service provider.
We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in both Dublin (Swords) and Cork.
We provide Calibration & Validation services nationwide to the Pharma, Bio-Pharma, Medical Device and other regulated industries The Candidate: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine calibrations, on a range of process control systems in a cGMP environment including manufacturing equipment, AHU's, WFI skids and other facilities equipment including analytical laboratory measuring devices.

Troubleshoot and repair site instrumentation and control and monitoring system issues Ensure work is completed in a safe and compliant manner in accordance with applicable cGMP procedures Ensure that instrumentation and calibration documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable cGMP procedures Execution of work according to plan and schedule ensuring coordination of work with maintenance and operations staff to minimize impact to production activities Recommend and implement improvement ideas to enhance the instrumentation and metrology functions and other business processes.
Education/ Experience Requirements: E&I or Instrumentation Apprenticeship or B.Sc.
Degree in instrument / electronic engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of combined education, training, and experience in instrumentation calibration measurement and control preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry 3+ years knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical and electronic instrumentation and ability to effectively perform associated calibration procedures Knowledge and experience working in a GMP regulated facility.
Experience executing and documenting instrumentation work orders in Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management system Ability to interpret loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I/O wiring and panel drawings Computer literate - minimum 3 years' experience Location : Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin Hiring Manager: Craig Garvin Keane
