N eylons Facility Management is currently recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to work in Ireland, Leinster Region.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start date.
Reporting to: Senior Operations Manager Responsible For: The Management of FM Services, Equipment and Services within Neylons Facility Management Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring Statutory Compliance with Fire, Health & Safety in co-ordination with H&S Manager and all Management Management of 3rd Party Service Providers.
Project Management and Supervising & Co-Ordination of same.
Overseeing all Equipment within Neylons, making sure that all are serviced as per legal regulations Manage and update an on ongoing basis, suppliers and Equipment Manager modules on Flex Make sure all equipment is recorded on Neylons Flex System and is relevant to each facility Contract Management and SLA for third-party contractors.
Directing and Planning Essential Central Services such as maintenance, mechanical and electrical, waste disposal and recycling.
Checking all building work if any is carried out and completed in a satisfactory manner and following up on any deficiencies.
Assisting with the preparation of documents to put out tenders for contractors Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover industrial team.
Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Coordinate and manage the Industrial Division Participate hands-on in any physical work as required i.e industrial, handyman, FM Please note that these duties are not exhaustive and there may be many other duties assigned to you throughout the day as a supportive role for the Managers and employees.
