Care Manager, Home Care

Be Independent Homecare are now recruiting an experienced Care Manager to join our wonderful care team in South Dublin.
The Care Manager will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will form part of the Management Team.
This is an exciting management opportunity in a quality driven and supportive company.
The main functions of the role are: Lead our team of Care Supervisors and support the team in the delivery of client centred quality driven care.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and other relevant stakeholders.
Carrying out new client consultations - assessing homecare needs, guiding them through the process, and commencing care.
Communicating all aspects of our services in a professional and reassuring manner.
Engaging with the HSE in accepting new client referrals that best utilise existing carer resources to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets and starting clients in agreed time frame.
Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in Homecare/Social care/Community based Care Management Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
You must possess strong leadership and organisational skills and must have a passion for making a difference and delivering quality care.
A strong desire to advocate for individuals in a community setting The ability to multitask, to work under pressure and to use their own initiative.
Benefits Salary starting at €45,000 per annum.
Paid holidays (24 days).
Work one day from home (once training period has been completed).
