Key Responsibilities Lead Exceptional Catering Services: Oversee the delivery of high-quality catering experiences, ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.Operational Leadership: Plan, organise, and manage catering operations, including menu development, food preparation, and service delivery.Health & Safety Standards: Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, adhering rigorously to HACCP guidelines.Resource Optimisation: Efficiently manage budgets, stock, and staff resources to ensure cost-effective, top-quality services.Team Development: Inspire and mentor the catering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure all catering arrangements align perfectly with their needs.Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping of catering activities, staff schedules, and client interactions.Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this managerial role, you'll need the following qualifications and skills:
