Catering Meath

We are currently recruiting for a team of catering staff as we are opening a canteen in August in Colaiste Clavin, Enfield Road, Longwood, Meath.
Full Time Catering Assistant: Approx 30 hours per week.
8.00am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday.
Part Time Catering Assistant: Approx 10-15 hours per week, on a 2 day / 3 day rotation.
These roles involves the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes.
Service of small break and lunch and clean down.
Supervisor's additional duties: rostering, placing orders, reporting, daily lodgements to the post office ,etc.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
These positions operate around the secondary school calendar.
Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer(unpaid).
This may appeal to people with school going children.
