Centre Adminstrator - Permanent Full Time - 35 Hours Croi Na Gaillimhe - Galway Location: Galway Salary range: €30,976.40 per annum Experience: 2 years experience of office administration / Candidate to be educated to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent Closing date: Thu, 24 Oct 2024 Description: The Role: Centre Administrator 35 hours We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our lovely long serving team in Croi na Gaillimhe, where we focus on Children & Family Services.
This role is varied, covering administration, Finance and reception areas within a busy and proactive centre.
There is lots going on, so we are looking for someone who can multi task and take initiative for this exciting role.

Candidate Requirements: Leaving Certificate level or equivalent is essential.
At least 2 years experience of strong office administration is essential.
Experience in account administration is essential.
Experience of dealing directly with the public in a support setting is essential.
An ability to multi-task, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
An ability to be detail-orientated, proactive, supportive and adaptable.
