Centre Attendant

Details of the offer

The Centre Attendant is responsible for assisting the Centre Manger and Centre Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the Community Centres, ensuring the Centre is kept clean and well maintained, providing a warm and welcoming environment in order to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties: Act as point of contact for Centre Enquiries.
Provide a welcome and warm environment to all customers and visitors to the Centre and develop close working relationships with all Clients, Customers and Stakeholders, through excellent customer service and social skills.
Being a key holder and responsible for opening/closing up of Centre safely and securely in line with the Centres procedures.
Working with the Centre Manager/Centre Supervisor to ensure all Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and met and maintained.
Reception/Front of house duties.
General Maintenance/Cleaning Duties of Centre and Grounds.
Administration duties - Prepare invoices for all user groups and send out at the end of each month.
Maintain accurate records of all user groups and pricing structures.
Set up rooms as required - Ensure that rooms are left ready for community use.
Person Specification: Manual handling experience.
Personable, friendly attitude.
Handy/skilled in light DIY skills.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
