ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will be part of the Executive team, playing a pivotal role in the management and strategic direction of the company. You will be relied upon for strong problem-solving skills and for bringing a positive energy and focus to the role, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
Some key areas of responsibility include:
Financial Management: Oversee financial accounting, internal controls, corporate governance and audit processes. Responsible for accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.Strategic Insights: Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to the executive team. Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.FP&A & Treasury: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, manage treasury operations, and ensure tax compliance. Oversee fund accounting and investor reporting.Business Partnering: Partner with various internal departments, helping them achieve their objectives as well as working closely with any related companies.Systems: Develop robust systems, processes and controls to mitigate risk and strengthen the overall position of the company.Leadership: Develop, lead and mentor the finance team, promoting growth mindsets.ABOUT THE PERSON Circa 10+ years of post-qualification experience, recognised accountancy body qualification.Experience in corporate finance, fund management, and regulatory reporting.Proven ability in Board-level interaction and team leadership.Excellent interpersonal skills, positive mindset.
