About the Project We are pleased to be launching Prometheus - a Transformation Program to put in place a Global Template solution, informed by the discovery phase, that will:
Define consistent business processes for Brand HomesSimplify the core technology platform that enables these business processes.Enable core integrations with other key systems in the technology ecosystem like SAP, Secutix, Adyen, CDP (Treasure Data), Open TableThis Global template called "Brand Home in a Box" will be a living platform that will evolve with every release, ensuring we continue to bring best practices shaped by evolving consumer preferences and technology trends into its fold, and delivering on Brand Homes' mission to build high value, highly personalised relationships between our brands, our consumers, and the communities we serve through deeply immersive experiences.
We must start somewhere and the foundational version of the Global template to be delivered by Prometheus will focus on the LS Central Application encompassing, Retail, F&B, Event, Back-office. Over subsequent releases, it will evolve to incorporate additional end to end capabilities across areas, such as, omnichannel, loyalty, data, activations. It will also be made available to more Brand Homes globally.
About the Role The Change, Adoption and Training Lead (CATL) will play a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of the LS Central application in our Brand Homes. This role involves managing both the technical and human aspects of the change, ensuring that the transition is smooth and that the new application delivers its intended benefits. The role will be based in Dublin to prepare for the implementation into the Irish Brand Homes however will have a key responsibility in ensuring that the Guinness Open Gate Brewery Team in London have a clear introduction to the new system and supported in preparation for roll out into that experience.
You will be responsible for: Change Management Develop and implement a change management strategy to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.Prepare the brand homes for change, including communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms.Communication Working with communication experts in our agency partners to establish key communication channels, calendar and methods.Training and Support Work with existing L&D teams and Implementation partner to ensure the below is actioned.Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs to ensure that users are proficient in using the new application.Support Systems: Set up support systems such as help desks, FAQs, and user guides to assist users during and after the implementation.Mentoring & Feedback Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to monitor the adoption and performance of the new application.Feedback Mechanisms: Implement mechanisms to collect feedback from users and stakeholders to identify any issues or areas for improvement.Financial responsibilities: The Change, Adoption and Training Lead is accountable for the successful adoption of the LS Central application which is a multimillion investment by the Diageo business. Over 7000+ hours have been invested in the taskforce that preceded this project. They must ensure that all business operations impacted by the implementation of the new system, both directly and indirectly are adequately prepared, trained and ready for the transition to the new system. They will work closely with the business leaders and SME's (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure that there is a robust, clear and sensible strategy and plan for executing all training required for successful onboarding of the new system. They will be conscious and respectful of the busy brand home operations and the need to use the business resources in the most productive and efficient manner.To be successful in this role, you will need: Educated to Leaving Cert/High School LevelFluent English SpeakerExcellent planning and organisational skillsStrong Computer Literacy and base understanding of technical architectureExceptional CommunicatorCommercially mindedProject Management experience or knowledgeExperience in a retail, hospitality, F&B, entertainment venue or brand experience.Prior experience of implementing new technology applications into a large organisation.Excellent skills in the areas of leadership, coaching, mentoring, motivating and communicating consistently.
