Terms: 2 Year Full Time Fixed Term.
Salary: Global Band 7: €66,156 - €75,607
Requirements: The role may require up to 30% travel to Concern's country offices / project locations, so there is flexibility regarding where the successful applicant is located.

Role Purpose: The Change Manager will be responsible for managing the change process for the implementation of a new Finance & Supply Chain Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) and a new HR Information System (HRIS). This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. The Change Manager will develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities to support the successful deployment of the new systems.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support rollout of the new ERP and HRIS solutions. Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and risks associated with the ERP and HRIS implementations. Conduct skills gap assessments across the target user groups for the new solutions and devise measures to close the most important gaps. Collaborate with project teams, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Design and deliver training programmes and materials to prepare employees for the new ERP and HRIS systems. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to ensure awareness and understanding of the change process. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments. Provide support and guidance to employees during the transition period to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system. Manage resistance to change and address any concerns or issues that arise during the implementation process. Uphold and promote Concern's values, demonstrating leadership on workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion. Participate in any emergency response as required. Role Holder Requirements: Mandatory: Experience of working in an international environment, specifically in fragile or conflict-affected contexts. Proven experience in change management, preferably in ERP implementations. Excellent English language written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent organisational and planning skills. Experience in developing and delivering training programmes. Ability to work under pressure, often to strict deadlines. Flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of humour. Cross-cultural awareness and empathy with organisational goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Desirable: Experience of working in the INGO sector. French language written and verbal communication skills. Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP). Experience of Unit4 ERP.
