Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced chefs for the position of Demi/Chef de Partie to join our esteemed Kitchen Team at The Brasserie.
The ideal candidate should possess a culinary qualification to at least Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar high-end hotel or restaurant setting.Your role will require a demonstration of your extensive culinary experience, a genuine passion for food, in-depth food knowledge, and exceptional cooking skills.
