Are you a talented culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious dishes?  Gourmet Food Parlour  need you!
As a Chef de Partie, in our  Salthill  restaurant you'll be an essential member of our kitchen team, working in your designated section to prepare and present mouthwatering meals.
We're looking for someone who can bring their culinary skills and creativity to the table while maintaining a fun and friendly kitchen atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities: Culinary Expertise: Utilize your cooking skills to prepare and cook a variety of dishes in your assigned kitchen section.
Section Ownership: Take pride in managing your kitchen station, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Tasty Presentations: Plate dishes with care and attention, making sure they look as good as they taste.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of our kitchen team, supporting your fellow chefs to deliver outstanding service.
Quality Assurance: Maintain our high standards of taste and presentation, consistently delivering top-notch dishes.
Freshness Focus: Pay attention to ingredient quality and freshness to ensure the best possible flavors.
Continuous Learning: Be open to learning new techniques and recipes to grow as a culinary professional.
Time Management: Keep up with the pace of our kitchen during busy periods, ensuring orders are served on time.
Clean Kitchen, Happy Kitchen: Help keep the kitchen clean and organized for a safe and pleasant working environment.
Qualifications and Skills: Culinary Passion: A genuine love for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
Kitchen Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or similar position is preferred, but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are most important.
Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the little things can make a big difference in the quality of your dishes.
Team Player: Working together and supporting your colleagues is vital in our kitchen culture.
Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle different tasks and challenges is key in a bustling kitchen.
Food Safety Awareness: In-Depth knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements HACCP trained to level 2 minimum 1 year experience cooking in a busy kitchen Fluent English Full time Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products, meeting HACCP guidelines and store safety and security.
Comply with a strict dress and personal hygiene code that meets HACCP guidelines  Why join our team?
