We are hiring a Chef de Partie for a Gastro bar in Cavan, Ireland.
 Responsibilities Carries out the tasks delegated by superiors and prepares food to the standards and quality demanded.
Carries out everyday responsibilities by adhering to the directives and suggestions of immediate superiors.
Collaborates with the sous chef to plan daily chores.
Able to project the daily production requirements and verify that criteria are fulfilled by assessing the quality of raw and cooked food products.
Make sure that food is always produced, prepared, and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain the highest standards of visitor satisfaction, quality, operational expenses, and food costs.
Familiarity with all accepted practices and guidelines for the handling, storing, and preparation of food.
Requirements Permission to work and reside in Ireland Methodical and organized work ethic Familiarity with a similar gastropub setting and the ability to handle 500 covers a day.
The capacity to work morning and evening shifts, 5/7 days a week, including weekends.
Experience with hot cuisine offered every day starting at noon.
