Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic chef for our healthcare unit in Mahon, Co. Cork.
Daytime hours only.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows: To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
Garda vetting is a requirement for this role.
