For our client, a luxury 4-star hotel in Co. Meath, Ireland, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie.
Candidate information/requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven work experience in a busy restaurant or similar hotel environment Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation, passion for delivering great food and service Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge Good grilling skills for preparing high-quality steaks and fish main courses A minimum upper Intermediate level of English is required About the job: Permanent, full-time position If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with permanent accommodation of 115 € per week for a single private room in shared accommodation.
Utilities are included in the cost.
