Demonstrated experience in catering or high-volume kitchensQQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalentFull-time availability with flexibilityCompletion of the Garda Vetting ProcessLegal authorization to work in IrelandTwo employment references covering the last five yearsStrong English communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Lead a team of culinary professionals to create exceptional menus and recipesOversee inventory management, supply procurement, and cost controlMentor and inspire kitchen staff, fostering skill enhancement and a positive work environmentWork closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredientsRegularly review and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and industry trendsEnsure strict adherence to local health regulations, including sanitation, safety, and hygiene standardsThis role is about more than just cooking – it's about making a difference to patient well-being with every meal.
