What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate (€18.80) Monday to Friday shifts (7:30am – 4pm, shifts may vary based on client needs) Comprehensive in-house training Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays Requirements: Proven experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification Full-time, flexible availability Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process Authorization to work in Ireland Two professional references covering five years of employment history Proficiency in spoken English Responsibilities: Lead a team of culinary experts to create and innovate menus and recipes that exceed quality standards Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet budget goals Mentor and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and promote a positive work culture Source high-quality ingredients through collaboration with suppliers Continuously evaluate and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and market trends Ensure compliance with health regulations, including sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols This is more than just a job – it's a chance to make a real difference, improving patient well-being with every meal you prepare.
