Chief Ii Pharmacist – Aseptic Services

Purpose of the role: The purpose of this post is to support the Pharmacist Executive Manager in service maintenance and future development of CHI pharmacy cancer services.

The ACU will move to a brand new state of the art facility in the National Children's Hospital when it opens, scheduled for September 2025.
The post holder will be an integral member of the management team overseeing this transition.

Essential Criteria: The successful applicant should:

· Be registered as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.

· 5 years hospital experience at senior pharmacist grade.
