Details of Role The IHA Lead for Regional Lead for Women & Children's Services in the Dublin Midlands Health Region will be central to the delivery of the relevant objectives of the Sláintecare Reform programme. The purpose of the post is to support the coordination of service improvement, organisational development and productivity for the IHA and support the IHA Lead for Women & Children Services including The Coombe Hospital and Children Health Ireland (CHI), as well as the strategic development of Women & Children Services across the Region.
This will require an integrated and collaborative approach to support implementation of relevant models of care while also supporting the development of the regional response to meet future service needs.
The post holder will provide regional Lead function for Women & Children's Services in the Health Region in line with national direction and in collaboration with the REO, IHA Manager(s), Regional Clinical Director, Regional Executive Lead for Nursing & Midwifery, and other colleagues with specialist remits who collectively will be central to the successful design and operation of this function.
