Who is Sprout?
It started with a tomato.
A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe cookery school, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business and the rest is Sprout.
Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo it, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca in to 7 sites across Dublin and it's own farm (with many more planned!)
At Sprout we are all about the growing, whether that be our food, our business, our teams or ourselves.

You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be organised.
You will help support the Kitchen Lead in the running of the kitchen of the restaurant.

The Role: Food Safety and Compliance: You ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
You are vigilant about Food Safety compliance making sure that everything we produce meets the highest safety standards.
Hygiene Hero: You champion cleanliness in the kitchen.
Your commitment to hygiene ensures that all areas are spotless, and all equipment is properly sanitised, creating a safe environment for both the team and customers.
Allergen Alert: You play a big part in allergen safety, you have a good understanding of allergens in the workplace and ensure that food is safely prepared for all customers, including those with allergies.
Recipe Rundown: You follow restaurant prep sheets with our teams.
Your precision keeps our kitchen running smoothly.
Flavour Focus: You have a passion for flavour and quality, always striving to ensure the taste and presentation of our food.
Process Perfection: Good knowledge of all current menus, ingredients and procedures in the kitchen.
Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
Your commitment to perfection helps maintain high operational standards in the restaurant.
Helping hand: Assisting the Kitchen Leader in preparing, monitoring and controlling food stock levels and ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed in the restaurant.
