Job Description We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on airfields and heavy civil engineering.

The Civil Engineer shall develop engineering solutions that satisfy the technical, operational and aesthetic requirements of Client briefs whilst complying with codes of practice, ICAO / EASA standards and best international practice.
The role will entail the design of large-scale infrastructural projects with a focus on airfields and heavy civil engineering components including airfield geometry, pavements, Navaids assessments, site works, drainage and utilities, external works associated with buildings, roads car parks and minor roads works.
The role will include the production of designs, drawings, schedules of quantities, calculations, compliance documentation and contract documentation.
A large part of the role will require assuring the quality of design activities undertaken by 3rd party consultants while checking for compliance and appropriateness.
Requirements • Minimum Level 8 Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years directly involved in the design process of large infrastructural projects.
• Experience in Ireland or the UK is advantageous.
• Airport Engineering and Aeronautical Standards knowledge and experience is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong technical, written and vocal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to collaborate, lead and inspire other designers.
• Familiarity with Tii and Irish Water specifications and standards.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, Autocad, Micro Drainage and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
