Civil Manager

Responsibilities for this Civil Manager role:Oversee the full process of civil works relating to fibre optic network deployment, including excavation, ducting, trenching and reinstatement while supervising DL teams, subcontractors and site workers.Ensuring all sites and work is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations (UK&I).
Issuing training and toolbox talks when required and conducting regular safety audits.Oversee the full budgetary project budgets, with cost savings in mind and ensuring an efficient use of materials.Ensuring all civil works comply with building regulations and overseeing quality assurance measures.Acting as the senior report, addressing and resolving any issues arising during the construction phaseProvide regular updates on the progress of works to senior management.Key Requirements for this Civil Manager role:5+ Years of experience in Civil Construction, preferably in fibre optic telecoms infrastructureRelevant degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementStrong knowledge and understanding of UK and EU health and safety regulations, relevant certifications ideallySMSTS, CSCS Card, Full Valid Driving LicensePackage offered for this Civil Manager role:€55,000 - €65,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)Training and DevelopmentStandard Package
