They have a strong safety first attitude and their certified safety & environmental systems allow them to operate in a safe and more efficient way.They are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join the commerical teamMaintaining and updating records relevant to commercial aspects of the projectMaintaining records of variations on projectsAssist with on-site construction inspections and measurementLiaising with site agents to ensure accurate and timely receipt of informationManagement of Sub Contract packagesAssisting with the preparation and letting of Sub-Contract packagesAssisting with the administration of Sub-Contract orders from award to Final account stages, including monitoring of Sub-Contract paymentsAssist with the preparation and submission of valuationsAssist with the production of financial reportsAttend monthly site progress meetingsRequirementsRelevant degree in Quantity Surveying3+ years' post qualification experienceExperience working in the Civils / Utilities sector desirableCommercially & Contractually awareProficient in all MS Software packagesExcellent spoken and written communication skillsMethodical, pay attention to detail and be accurateGood at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a teamSelf-motivated with ability to work on own initiativeGood time keeperFull clean drivers' licenceAbility to meet deadlinesPackageSalary €45k - €65k depending on experienceExcellent company benefits
