Job DescriptionOur client is Ireland's leading civil & structural engineering consultancy.You will be working with senior colleagues on the delivery of major civil and structural projects.Involves client relationship managementImplement Company policy.Plan and manage project resources.Undertake career planning and arrange for effective mentoring and training of employeesOffer pro-active advice in relation to problem solving issues.Oversee compliance with Company's Quality Management System.Oversee compliance with Health and Safety practices by those under your direction.Manage client relationships and business developmentRequirementsHonours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.Minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience in engineering consultancy.Understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focusREVIT + AutoCAD skills.Word, Excel, Power Point, MS ProjectUnderstanding of the Irish regulatory and policy issues.The ability to work closely in partnership with clients and contractors and other members of design teams.PackageCompetitive SalaryBenefits package
