The Claims Analyst is accountable for the provision of service support in the life insurance financial services sector to customers of a major life insurance Irish company operating in the EU. Provision of information, resolution of claims and queries, communication with internal and external customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Responsibility for providing product information to branches and their customers.Life insurance claims related documentation control and request to appropriate recipients.Responsibility to provide detailed information on single or groups of live policies.Registering in the appropriate systems all those information related to pending cases.Reconciliation of legal documents in line with agreed procedures.Responsibility for guiding new and existing customers through the policy process for the client.Resolving customer claims on a day to day basis in an efficient and timely manner.Recording customer information and issues in the appropriate systems and ensuring that records are maintained and are kept up to date.Providing daily and weekly reports on issues when occurred.Monitoring, responding and reporting on customer feedback, as instructed.Troubleshoot system and business process problems and escalate when required.Cooperate with client's teams to resolve customer issues, as requested.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1-year previous relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area.Previous experience in reviewing and analysing documentation.Be fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Immediate eligibility to work in Ireland.Deep rooted passion for delivering success.DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should ideally have a third-level qualification preferably in Insurance, Legal or Finance related discipline.Previous legal experience.Be customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive with an excellent attention to detail and procedures.Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience of working with a recognised CRM system.An ability to prioritise own workload, work to strict deadlines and effectively manage time.A professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft office.A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.Benefits and perks: Remote work model (after training)Internal career progression opportunitiesFully subsidised healthcareEmployee assistance programme (EAP)PRSA SchemeExtensive Training & DevelopmentAnnual company get-togethers, charity days, and monthly wellbeing talksBike to work schemeFree parking on-siteReady to be a part of our dynamic team?
