Role -Claims Analyst (Data Entry) - Italian Location -Dublin Contract type -Specific purpose Work model -Hybrid (one day per week in office) Working hours -Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm Language -Italian and English The Claims Analyst is accountable for the provision of service support in the life insurance financial services sector to customers of a major life insurance Irish company operating in the EU. This includes providing information, resolving claims and queries, and communicating with internal and external customers. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide product information to branches and their customers.Control life insurance claims related documentation and request to appropriate recipients.Provide detailed information on single or groups of live policies.Register information related to pending cases in the appropriate systems.Reconcile legal documents in line with agreed procedures.Guide new and existing customers through the policy process for the client.Resolve customer claims on a day-to-day basis efficiently and timely.Record customer information and issues in the appropriate systems, ensuring records are maintained and up to date.Provide daily and weekly reports on issues when they occur.Monitor, respond to, and report on customer feedback as instructed.Troubleshoot system and business process problems and escalate when required.Cooperate with client's teams to resolve customer issues as requested.REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1-year previous relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area.Previous experience in reviewing and analysing documentation.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Immediate eligibility to work in Ireland.Deep-rooted passion for delivering success.DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Third-level qualification preferably in Insurance, Legal, or Finance related discipline.Previous legal experience.Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive with excellent attention to detail and procedures.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience working with a recognised CRM system.Able to prioritise own workload, work to strict deadlines, and effectively manage time.A professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.Benefits and perks: Remote work model (after training).Internal career progression opportunities.Fully subsidised healthcare.Employee assistance programme (EAP).PRSA Scheme.Training & Development.Bike to work scheme.Ready to be a part of our dynamic team?
