Cleaning Supervisor

The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor for our site in Little Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team of cleaners and a variety of other duties.
Full Training and Manual Handling Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:  Managing the team of 4 cleaners Ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out within the plant in line with health and safety guidelines Leading, training and motivating staff to achieve high standards of work Ensuring that all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use Purchase of cleaning equipment and materials in an organised a timely manner Reporting any issues to management Carrying out any miscellaneous cleaning tasks that may be required Role Requirements: Good organisation skills and attention to detail Experience managing a team IT and computer application skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks as required Good problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills  Hours per week:  45+ Hours Monday to Saturday*, 5 over 6 days *Flexibility to work on Sundays & Bank Holidays will be required
