WestmeathAs a General Operative you will be responsible for general operations, the facilitation of production plan and to ensure safe operations and cleanliness of the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to and promote the highest level of safety standards.Assist the safety coordinator and plant management on safety issues.Uphold the values/Culture of business.Carry out inspections.General labourer duties.Drive loading shovels, forklifts, teleporter, Mini digger, and other mobile equipment.Clean spillages and machines in various areas of the plant.Assist in dealing with breakdowns.General upkeep of the site.Take part in safety walks and reporting.May be required to work outside of daytime hours if needed.To undertake any other reasonable duties as necessitated by your function.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseSafety at the core: Ability to work safely and accurately.
