Job Title: Client Care Co-ordinator
Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Care Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating care services for our clients in Wicklow. You will be working closely with our clients, their families, and our team of care professionals to ensure that the highest level of care is provided.
Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing care services for clientsLiaising with clients, their families, and care professionals to ensure the highest level of care is providedDeveloping care plans and ensuring they are implemented effectivelyScheduling and managing staff rotas to ensure adequate coverageEnsuring all care records are up-to-date and accurateResponding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerConducting regular client reviews and updating care plans as necessaryProviding support and guidance to care professionalsEnsuring all care services are delivered in accordance with company policies and proceduresParticipating in the on-call rota as requiredThe role will involve a degree of direct provision of care to clients from time to timeRequirements: Proven experience in a similar role in the healthcare industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of healthcare regulations and legislationFull driving licence and access to a car (travel allowance, parking and tolls fully paid)Must be eligible to work in Ireland without restrictionQQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent recognised qualificationFamiliar with operation of OneTouch Health platformBenefits: Salary up to €35,000, depending on experience and qualificationsGenerous travel allowance, parking, and tolls paidFully subsidised health insurance coverageEmployer-matched contributory pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCompany laptop and phone providedLocation: Place of work will vary between clients' homes in Dublin South, Wicklow, and our offices located in Finglas, Dublin 11, Kimmage, Dublin 12 or Maynooth, Co. Hours of Work: Working hours are routinely Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm. Some flexibility for evening or weekend work is expected on a fair rotation amongst team members for which additional payment on a pro-rata basis is made.
