Client & Fund Onboarding Analyst

Our client, a globally recognized investment manager, is hiring an Analyst for their Client Onboarding team in Dublin. In this role you will support all client onboarding, governance and distribution activities.
Responsibilities: Primary liaison for all institutional client events across EMEA including onboarding and termination, adhering to compliance processes.Maintain critical documentation and agreements, conducting periodic reviews to improve efficiency and control.Design and implement policies and procedures for distribution.Ensure EU regulatory requirements are met and report on distribution activities undertaken within the EU.Support distribution oversight across the wider organization.Job Requirements: 2-6 years experience working within Investment Management Operations or Transfer Agency/Investor Services.Experience working with UCITS and Alternative Investments.Experience dealing with institutional clients and exposure to distribution.Strong knowledge of and experience in AML/KYC and compliance policies.Attention to detail, organizational skills and an analytical mindset.Knowledge of project management frameworks.How to Apply: For further information on this job opportunity please apply via this link.
