Job Role: Client Service Executive Contract: Permanent - Following successful 6 month probation period
Job Location: Plaza 211, Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2, Dublin 15
This role is within the Existing Renewals department dealing with Not for Profit Clients. The role will suit those who are energetic, motivated with a positive attitude and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative to meet deadlines.The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude. Ensure that procedures and compliance are strictly followed in relation to all areas i.e.: systems/compliance/timelines/products etc.Develop and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters.Resolve account queries by liaising with underwriters/clients and accounts while chasing up on aged debt.Attend and complete all relevant training and maintain CPD.Attend insurance/sector-related seminars/meetings, workshops when required.The Successful Candidate Will Have CIP QualificationStrong IT skills including Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Applied Relay 360 a distinct advantage.Knowledge of the Not for Profit/Charity Insurance sector would be an advantage.Competitive Salary - Negotiated.Eligible to join Company Pension Scheme and Health Insurance Scheme following successful probation period.Flexible working environment.Employment Assistance Programme.Car Parking.Education Assistance Programme.The successful candidate will be provided with a comprehensive training programme and generous benefits package.
