Client Services Executive - (Cork)

My Client is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their dynamic and growing team, playing a key role in a leading Wealth Management business in Ireland. These positions are available in either Dublin or Cork.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end administration of client portfolios.Conduct annual portfolio reviews and valuations.Process new business applications, liaising with product providers (mainly major insurance companies) to ensure timely completion. This includes handling pre- and post-retirement pension structures, protection benefits, and investment portfolios.Effectively and promptly communicate with clients about their portfolios and new applications.Collaborate with and support advisers to meet regulatory compliance requirements.Skills and Qualifications: BA (Hons) Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Brokerage.QFA qualification, or actively working towards it, is essential.Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and related compliance requirements.High attention to detail, especially with numerical data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload independently.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Intermediate level).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.High energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility.Strong numeracy and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.Candidates should be confident multi-taskers with a solid work ethic and a keen eye for detail and quality.
