Key Responsibilities Conduct vehicle handovers with drivers at designated locations.
Assist drivers with any queries or logistical support.
Coordinate accident management requests with the Insurance Department.
Maintain and manage databases accurately.
Coordinate service requests with the Service Department.
Arrange replacement vehicles when required.
Handle general administrative duties to support the team.
Ensure vehicle tax, insurance, and CVRT discs are dispatched promptly.
Administer and dispatch fuel cards.
Oversee the delivery and collection of vehicles.
Pre-authorise invoices for payment processing.
Requirements 2+ years of customer service or sales experience: Preferably in a corporate setting.
Fluent in English (written and spoken): Excellent communication is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Including Excel, Word, and other office tools.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Self-motivated: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Full, clean driving licence: Required for the role.
Telephone support experience: Experience handling customer queries over the phone.
Customer-first mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
ECDL or equivalent certification: Preferred but not mandatory.
Additional language skills: A bonus, but not required.
