Avista provides Residential and Day Services to people with an Intellectual Disability.
The specialised Service is to provide support to people whom present with complex needs relating to Autism and mental health .
The aim is to provide a supportive, individualised and low arousal home environment, specifically tailored to each individual's needs.
The main objectives is to provide a high standard quality of care matching the person's individual complex needs in accordance with up-to-date evidence based practice.

Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Dublin Service (CLONSILLA) The Grange
Permanent Contract (37.5HPW)
Salary: € 58,485 -€ 73,904 * (*LSI )
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work
Essential:
•Up to date NMBI Registration – RNID Desirable
•Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent
•Full clean driving licence.
Desirable:
•Be registered with An Bord Altranais, RNID qualification essential with experience in the area of mental health, autism and complex healthcare needs
•Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability
•Have previous experience in relation to autism and mental health
•Have the ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT
•Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
•Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.
•Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies as set out in the job description
