Clinical Nurse Manager - Night

A compassionate CNM can ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing care while leading a team.
Responsibilities To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of each resident by ensuring that the home policies and best clinical standards are always practiced Working with different staff members in all areas to ensure that standards are maintained Identify areas that may be of concern and follow up with the Director of Nursing to put action plans in place Troubleshoot any ongoing clinical issues and non-clinical issues and escalate them to the Director of Nursing Requirements Registered on the NMBI live register Excellent Leadership, Organizational and Communication skills Minimum 2-3Years of experience as a Staff Nurse Ability to work well and promote a team environment Benefits Competitive salary Bonus incentive scheme Excellent opportunity for career progression Learning and Development Opportunities Employee Assistance & Wellbeing Program Company pension scheme Free onsite parking
