Clo – Senior Manager

Our client, an international private credit investment manager, is looking to hire a CLO – Senior Manager – to join their team in Dublin.
In this role, the CLO Senior Manager will be a key part of the CLO Operations function, with responsibility for oversight of operational and trade activity.
Job Responsibilities:Identifying and enhancing operational processes to support the growth of the CLO strategy.Manage relationships with third parties, maintaining high quality service levels.Oversight of the onboarding process and operational activities including cash management and loan settlement processes.Support the investment team in monitoring portfolios post-reinvestment period.Identify and drive operational improvements and system enhancements, overseeing data management with adherence to effective controls.Requirements:Minimum 6 years fund industry experience at management level.Strong exposure to CLO operations with a focus on loans and bonds.Knowledge of reviewing CLO deal documentation and compliance.Experience driving operational departments through large change.
