As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all the cloud products, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.
Support Areas:DatabaseBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor or Master in Information Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or a related field or 0-1 years of relevant work experienceKnowledge in one or more of these IT technologies – Networking / Databases / LinuxSelf-starter who is excited about technology, troubleshooting/support experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPassionate about customers and new technologyExperience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), JavaScript.Basics in OS concepts / Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc)Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /DatabaseExposure to Cloud computingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
