Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Suzanne House Permanent Full Time Supernumary Post (Mon to Friday) Ref: SHCNM2-RESPIT088-NOV24 Suitably qualified candidates must have a recognised qualification as follows: Children's Nursing Qualification and or RNID with experience in Children's Nursing Recognised Management Qualification The successful candidate must be: On current register as maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland and preferably possess the RNID qualification Have at least 5 years post registration experience of which 2 must be in the area of Intellectual Disability A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/leader role in health/social care, Strong clinical, managerial, and administrative skills evident in previous roles Ability to demonstrate that a management module has formed part of qualifications/studies in order to be PIC of the designated centre A commitment to supporting residents to live fulfilled lives in their community.
Able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and work effectively with a range of disciplines/professions.
Demonstrate evidence of continued commitment to professional development Excellent communication skills essential Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant Health Act Regulations, HIQA standards and all other relevant legislation.
